This is a grooved receiver rifle, made in 1962, and retains 95-97% of the original blue finish, with silvering on the high edges and projections, mild gray fading along the magazine tube, and some further silvering at the muzzle on the left side, as well as on the crown. The walnut forend and buttstock are in fine-near excellent shape with scattered minor handling marks here and there. The checkered hard rubber buttplate is in excellent condition, and has only negligible wear or flattening of the points. This is a great example of a desirable slide-action .22 Winchester, in fine-near excellent condition, and would make a great addition to a collection. FFL or C&R SOLD Curio/Relic: Yes |
