Presented is a very nice Sig Sauer P229 Lew Horton exclusive pistol in 9mm caliber. The P229 is considered a compact pistol that comes in somewhat smaller than the full size P226. Sig Sauer pistols are known for their reliability and are used by many law enforcement and military units around the world. The P229 is basically a P228 updated with a picatinny rail section under the barrel allowing installation of a light or laser. This particular example is a Lew Horton exclusive with a Piranha Blue PVD slide, trigger and hammer. Only 500 were made in this trim. This model has a short reset trigger, night sights, G-10 grips and front cocking serrations. The pistol is in very good condition and comes with box, letter and 2 magazines. This fine Sig Sauer would make a great addition to a collection and is guaranteed to be the only one on your block!
