Description:
1965 Colt Police Positive chambered in 38 Special with a 4 inch barrel and factory blue finish. Also included is the original box numbered to the gun with the paperwork shown. The original finish still retains a deep dark shine throughout. All of the leading edges are sharp. There are no penetrating scratches. As seen in the photos however there is some scattered freckling and small areas of corrosion scattered in the finish due to storage. Overall the finish rates about 93%. The cylinder face, recoil shield, and forcing cone are very clean. The action is crisp, the lock up is tight, and the bore is bright and shiny with strong lands and grooves. The factory grips are near perfect with sharp checkers throughout. This should make a fantastic shooter.
