I am not the original owner of this gun, but there is no power residue in the chamber or action, so it appears unfired from the factory. It is ANIB with paperwork. I am sorry but I could not capture the graining in the wood due to light conditions, but it is very nice. This is a standard stock 1517 with extra nice stock. Please see the numberous high quality photos to determing condidtion for yourself. While the gun appears unfired, that is a very small blemish at the front sling swivel, like a bipod make have been mounted. Let me know if you have specific questions or need additional photos. Trades for other high quality bolt action rimfires would be considered. I collect Anschutz, Cooper, Canyon Creek, and Kimber. Let me what you have. Money can go either way.
