This is a very straight up honest pre 64 model 94 in 30-30. Based on the serial number we have this one made in 1949.
Metal on the barrel shows minor gun rack marks, but otherwise bluing is very nice. There is minor wearing on bluing on underside of receiver from palm-carrying. This rifle still retains Winchester hood on front sight. Wood is all original- solid, with no gouges, cracks, or chips. This rifle retains its original metal buttplate.
This easily pre-64 Model 94 can easily serve in your collection or deerstand.
