Colt Mc Cormick Factory Racer is a limited edition Government Model 1911 style single action semi-automatic race pistol chambered in .45 Auto. this is serial number MFR240 made in 1994. Features a chrome plated finish, 5" barrel, three-dot sights with drift adjustable rear sight, adjustable serrated trigger, squared skeletonized hammer, push button magazine release, one 8 round magazine with bumper, thumb safety, grip safety, serrated flat mainspring housing and Hogue one-piece black rubber wrap-around grips. Includes the original factory hard case with the original sleeve, manual and hang tag. Pistol exhibits little to no visible wear. Action is crisp and bore is excellent. I have been told only 2 boxes of ammo was shot through this gun in 1994. Sleeve is in somewhat tattered condition as shown in the photos but plastic hardcase is perfect.
