**COLLECTOR CONDITION** NEARLY PERFECT 722 in 244 Remington. 100% Original with possible exception of scope block in place of rear sight. Block shows NO sign of having a ring attached to it.It is possible this rifle came with this from Remington. 26" barrel. 1 in 12 twist, as these were initially. This one was mfg in 1956. This rifle may be UNFIRED. When I acquired it, it still had much of the hardened grease/cosmolene in action and on bolt. I cleaned much of it ,but you can still see some on back of firing pin body protruding from bolt shroud. Blueing and Wood are 99%+.
