Description:
This is an original Charles Newton patented Straight LIne Hand Reloading tool for the Model 1916 Newton rifle in caliber .256 Newton. All the original parts are included and it comes with the original cardboard tube and metal cover with the instruction for use printed on the tube. This is a Number 1 tool with shell holder and shell chamber to fit the .256 or 30-06 calibers. The Number 2 tool chamber was sized for the larger .30 Newton and .35 Newton calibers. The tool is in very good condition. The parts sheet is included in the picture in order to compare how the tool was pictured in the Newton Arms Co. catalogs. Also included is a printout detailing the use of the tool and history of the Straight Line Tools. There is a PVC tube with cover to safely store the tool.
