SN: 38670. Made in December 1940 with a 26-inch barrel chambered for the 12 gauge cartridge. This example is a ribbed training version of the Model 31 with original factory blued finish present on the metallic parts as well as U.S. Property marks including ""RLB"" (Roy L. Bowlin) on the left side of the receiver just above a flaming ordnance bomb. The barrel is marked ""IMP CYL"" & the name ""CAPT Miller"" is on the pistol grip cap. Overall excellent condition.
