S/N 70975 made in 1892
24" Octagon barrel with full length magazine
90% original Blue and Varnish. 50% case colors on receiver walls, present but fading elsewhere
Steel shotgun buttplate with widow's peak, Set Trigger
Beautiful 3x wood set with some sunburst pattern and clear checkers
Original sights consist of dovetailed german silver front and Winchester sporting rear, and a Lyman tang sight
Bore is decent and fairly reflective with full length visible rifling, also showing light frost throughout mostly in the grooves
Flawless mechanics including the set trigger
This is a sharp rifle in a desirable configuration.
