Serial 297463 Bbl, 24" cal, 22 Win mag R.F. Mfg. 1960. The finial evolution of the Winchester Model 61 Pump with factory grooved receiver, Chambered for 22 mag, with round barrel and varnished pistol grip walnut stocks with checkered plastic butt plate with Winchester monogram. Tube fed , pump action rifle with blade front sight and elevation adjustable sporting rear sight. These late rifles are considered to be the finiest finished with a mirror like blue finish on the receiver. Condition, Exceptionally fine with brilliant bright bore and properly operating action. The receiver retains over 98& blue finish with a trace of edge wear and a small spot at balance point. The barrel and magazine retain over 97% blue with typical wear mark from pump operation and a small scratch on the Winchester barrel marking. The stocks remain excellent with a few period of use impressions and small bruises. C&R
