Description:
Springfield Model U.S. Rifle M1D Garand is a right-hand semi-auto U.S. Military rifle in .30-06 Springfield. It has a 24-inch barrel. A blade front sight with protective sides and an adjustable aperture rear sight. The butt stock is a smooth hardwood pistol grip. The forearm is smooth two-piece hardwood. SA Barrel dated 3 52. The rifle was manufactured in April 1944. Most M1D Garand sniper rifles were produced by converting standard M1 Garand rifles into a M1D configuration by installing a special M1D Sniper barrel manufactured at Springfield Armory. Includes flash hider and reproduction M84 scope. .30-06 Springfield
