The Winchester Model 1895 is a significant lever action rifle that is chambered in the powerful .405 Winchester. This rifle holds a special place in firearm history as it represents the last John M. Browning design for Winchester. Notably, it is the first Winchester Rifle to incorporate a non-detachable box magazine instead of the traditional tubular magazine design.
