Machine embroidered on wool basecloth folded over and Russian braid attached. Probably out of country made item, Netherlands or Belgian maybe . Has obvious oxidation along with ageing to the exposed lettering title thread while the reverse thread was protected and shows a different much lighter shade of gray..
