Description:
The early 687EL with this engraving pattern has always been my favorite of the 68x pattern guns. I've owned a number of them, but they are much more scarce than the very common EELL. I purchased one of these guns at a show about eight or ten years ago, and the other off the internet several years later. Only after the second gun arrived did I realize the numbers were consecutive. Close examination of the engraving indicates these were "hand chased" like the EELL guns. Meaning, much of the pattern was stamped into the gun, then gone over by hand.

Number E40952B is in New Condition - perhaps unfired. I found two tiny little marks on the butt stock that will not show in photos. This gun has unbelievable wood!
  • 1987 - Beretta - 687EL -  #E40953B - 12ga, 3", 28" Mobilchoke,1380 kg, LOP 14-1/2", Drop 1-1/2" to 2-1/4", Slight Cast Off, Weight - 7 lbs. 5 oz. Number E40953B is Excellent Plus - I put the Metal at 99+% and the Wood at 97% with a few scattered handling marks.
Each Gun Includes: Factory ABS Case, Papers, Four Mobilchokes, Choke Wrench.
