Serial No. 100112, made in 1878, .45-70, 23.5"" round proofed barrel. Barrel has been cut down, bore is good with scattered areas of pitting visible. Rifling is present and remains strong. Metal is a dark brown patina with surface oxidation visible throughout. Stock has heavy wear with the wrist wrapped due to a possible severe crack. Action does function correctly. Consignment
