Description:
Winchester 250 Lever Action rim fire 22 LR. S/N B1087991 20 " barrel. These were made in 1963 to 1973 as a cheaper option than some af the other lever actions. They are good little rifles but were not very popular. I bought this one at a gun show- it had the bottom corner of the stock broken off and repaired by nailing it back on. I found a new stock and that made the whole rifle very nice. The action is smooth and clean, probably not used much. There are a couple of small imperfections - see photos- fine scratches on the receiver ahead of the ejection port and a ding on top of the right hand side of the fore arm. I fired it ten rounds on 1-25-24 and it worked good.
This is a very light, nice handling and some what unusual lever action. Shipping will be $50.
