***SALE PENDING***Ultra Light Arms Model 28 in 300 Winchester Mag, 24" barrel. Built by Legendary Melvin Forbes of Granvilille West Virginia. Built back in the hay day 1991 well before it was sold in 2022. Stock is classic black kevlar and carbon fiber with a 1/10" twist Douglas stainless barrel. Light weight at 5 lbs 14.2 ozs. as you see it here in the photos. Rifle is light weight well ballanced. there is some light wear on the bottom of the pistol grip which can be seen in the photos, otherwise very clean rifle. Bore is bright and clean with sharp rifleing. Rifle shot sub MOA at 100y with Federal Premium 165g ammo. Action locks tight trigger pull is 3 lbs. Rifle comes with 1" Tally factory rings
