"Serial number 14050. Made in 1874. 45 LC caliber with a 7 ½" barrel. This gun has a brown to gray patina with pitting mostly on the frame and cylinder. This is a very late Ainsworth inspected Colt. Several areas have restoration including replaced screws, and ejector rod housing. The cylinder and butt have had the serial number remarked. The barrel is possibly relined. Grips have been repaired.
