Description:
An Early Civil War Factory Engraved Percussion Kerr style Revolver In Excellent Plus Untouched Condition. Serial #1 with matching numbers. Made late 1850's - early 1860's, All original and complete. All the metal, markings, and edges on the revolver are excellent. The factory engraving is also excellent. The frame, barrel, cylinder, back strap and trigger guard all retain their bright factory blue on them.  The loading lever shows darkening colors. The hammer and cylinder pin retain their factory bright polish. All screws are excellent and have color. The fine checkered grips are excellent plus throughout. It has an excellent action and bore. This Is A Very High Condition Example of A Scarce Kerr Style Factory Engraved Large Percussion Revolver. These Rrvolvers Were Imported Early In The War And Could Have Been Used By The North Or The South!
