Right out of an old catalogue is this vintage Featherlight Deerslayer in very nearly new condition. It does not appear to have ever been carried or used in the Deer Woods not far from where it was made in Ithac NY sadly now gone from NY State where many fine workers and craftsmen had been employed. This 12 ga 37 is a litte unique in that it has the onger 26" barrel (most Deerslayers were short barreled) it has the classic original Ray Bar front and facory rear site (the rear site base may be used to mount a scope without drilling) and still has the original Ithaca factory red recoil pad (most of this vintage are dried and cracked but this one is perfect) These are not rifled and are chambered for 2 3/4" only but were known to be quite accurate.
Overall this gun is not much under 95% Cond.
