This Harrington & Richardson Model 1873 Trapdoor U.S. Springfield Officer's Model Centennial Commemorative Rifle is in like new condition. There were only 10.000 of these made in 1971. The barrel is starting to develop pin tip sized surface rust spots, maybe ten or twelve. Receiver, lock plate, trigger guard and buttplate are beautifully engraved and color case hardened. No other scratches or marks on the metal. The fore end and stock have about four small indentations and marks. Very nice reproduction and comes with the factory box at a good price. .45-70 Government
