Pre 64 Winchester Model 70, 222 Remington. Converted from 22 Hornet by Griffin & Howe. Remarkable condition, 98-99 %. The checkering is as sharp as if cut yesterday. 24 inch barrel, rifling as new. Period Unertl 6x scope (condition of scope and mount is very good as opposed to the rifle that is as new). Serial number indicates this rifle was manufactured by Winchester in 1950. Highly desirable rifle in a very rare caliber!
