About me and my gun: I am retired and selling some of my gun collection that I no longer need. I have two other Wilson 1911's which I shoot a lot. I bought this gun new for carry. I no longer carry it so I am selling it. It is in excellent condition-meticulously cared for and just broke in. I have only fired 1,000-1,500 rds through this gun, enough to stay competent to carry it. I have listed it a"VERY GOOD" only because of light burnishing of some edges from a leather holster-see pictures. I have very large hands, so I converted the sub-compact grip to a commander/compact length grip to catch my little finger. This conversion kit includes: (See picture) grips, grip screws, grip screw bushings, four 7 rd compact mags, four extended base pads, Wilson mag well, and a custom spacer. The value of this is over $250. I have always kept it in this configuration but returned it to original for this sale. I can change it back if you wish. This is a sweet gun–I am obviously a Wilson fan. Includes four 6 rd mags, Wilson bag, original papers, lock. I just installed a new recoil spring, there is a new extra spring included.
