Description:
The Smith & Wesson 386SC Mountain Lite is a compact revolver with a 7 round cylinder and 3" barrel. It chambers both .357 magnum and 38 special cartridges. This model is built on the round-butt L Airlite Sc target frame made from a scandium/aluminum alloy with matte stainless steel finish and a stainless steel barrel insert. It features a Hi-Viz red fiber optic front sight and adjustable rear sight. This model has a small stainless steel "flame shield" clipped above the cylinder-barrel gap to reduce flame cutting. The right side of the frame is marked with standard S&W four line address, and the right sideplate "AIRLITE SC" and the Scandium symbol. The right side of the barrel is laser engraved "MOUNTAIN LITE", and the left side of frame marked with S&W logo. Casehardened smooth trigger and checkered hammer, with hammer lock located just above the cylinder release lever on left side of frame. The grips are a set of black, three finger groove, Hogue Bantam rubber style with the S&W logos. It comes with a foam-filled lockable aluminum carry case with the Scandium logo attached to the lid. .357 Magnum
