Description:
This is a first-year production rifle and is SN 1412 with a 30” barrel and a Marlin Improved Graduated Peep Sight. The weight of the rifle is 9lbs 8oz. It retains 75-80% barrel blue. The receiver shows nice dark case colors. The mechanical function is very good crisp and tight and the bore is very good bright and shiny with only tiny bit of frosting. The crescent butt stock wood is an upgrade. This is a really nice first-year production Marlin Ballard No. 4 Perfection rifle.
