Serial #DHB6572, .38 Special + P, 1 7 / 8 inch barrel with a bright, excellent bore. This is the Smith & Wesson Model 40-1 Classic series revolver manufactured between 2007-2012 with J-Magnum frame and no internal key lock. In excellent condition the double action retains virtually all, 98-99% of the original blue finish with only a very faint drag line on the cylinder. The Altamont Grips rate excellent with crisp checkering showing only very minor use marks on the left panel. It comes in the original blue plastic case numbered to the gun with the manual, lock and factory fired case. An excellent 40-1 Classic model that is becoming a true "classic". FFL
