Here we present an antique Full Stock Percussion Long Rifle, made circa the mid-19th Century. It features a very long 53-1/2” octagonal barrel in .50 caliber. This would have been a gun for the marshes or the woods. Smoothbores such as this were invaluable tools in the young United States on the outskirts of civilization and the Frontier where one had to put food on the table and protect what was theirs. The overall condition is good. Strong action. The bore is in good shape for its age. Solid stock with signs of weathering. Barrel pins have been somewhat crudely replaced—they do the job. Lightly engraved lock. Own the original! This is a legitimate antique and not a reproduction. Barrel is 53-1/2 inches. Caliber: .50 Percussion Overall condition as seen in photos. Very Fast. Very Safe. FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE. Delivered directly to your door by express mail! Guaranteed AUTHENTIC & Includes CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY. ancestryguns $2200 #217058 SOLD Antique: Yes |
