Serial number 19723 Bbl, 3 1/2" Cal, .31 percussion Mfg circa Civil War 1860's. Octagon barrel with wingnut loading lever retainer. 2 piece varnished walnut grips. Non-fluted 5 shot cylinder with safety notches. Brass trigger guard. Contemporary to the Colt Model 1849 Pocket Model and frequently used during the Civil War. Condition is very good with traces of blue finish in protected areas. Action operates properly. Bore and chambers are good. Grips are very good with most varnish remaining. Antique
