Description:
A classic 243 Win built by Paul Jaeger in the mid 1970s. Features include: very highly figured European walnut stock with a slim beavertail forend, built on a Sako L579 action.26" Douglas premium barrel, Blackburn bottom metal, deep cut Germanic engraving with gold wire wire and a gold woodchuck on the floorplate,trigger guard,and grip cap. Probably engraved by Claus Willig. European monte carlo cheekpiece,engine turned bolt, fine 28 line checkering, Sako bases and 1" rings,and an initial oval with the initials "EO" engraved.. The rifle is in mint like new condition retaining 100% of the metal and wood finishes. A classic Jeager rifle that would cost over $20K to duplicate today. Price includes shipping to your FFL.
