Remington 760 .308 pump rifle. Normal wear for its year. Reciever was drilled and tapped for side mount.
By on this , you take full responsibility that you are over 21 and can legally purchase and possess this ammunition. I will work with FFLs directly to ship ammo to restricted states. All ammo sales are final with no returns.
Shipping is paid by the buyer at a flat rate for the first item. Multiples of the same item will receive a shipping discount. Items will be shipped via Ground. Please allow 1 week for packing and item to be shipped out from the date of payment. US sale only. No local pickups.

Ammunition is NOT RETURNABLE, make sure you know what you are buying. All factory new ammunition. Read general ammunition sales notice below prior to purchasing. BILLING and SHIP TO addresses must match for your ammo order to be processed in a timely manner.
General Ammunition Sales Notice:
It is the buyer's responsibility to know their local laws prior to ordering ammunition. Buyers must be a minimum of 18 years old to purchase shotgun shells, 21 years old to purchase centerfire or rimfire ammunition. Ammunition can only be shipped via ground delivery service.

1.) We do not use the Guns Intl. Checkout. Please call to make payment at your earliest convenience or we can send over an invoice to your email. Payment should be recieved within 24 hrs of listing close.

We accept all major credit cards with an additional 3% fee. (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, etc.) No checks(unless sent overnight).
There will be a 3% card processing fee in addition to shipping & firearm price.

RETURNS
Buyer assumes the responsibility for any transfer/background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. Buyer is responsible to ensure the receiving dealer will accept the firearm(s). Please contact the dealer before we transfer the firearm to avoid any issues with the transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept the firearm delivery, buyer is responsible for recovery and/or return shipping charges and must assume responsibility for charges of shipping to a dealer willing to receive firearm(s).
We follow Guns Intl. return policy of 3-day non-firing inspection period (performed by receiving FFL) beginning when the receiving dealer accepts the firearm(s). Used firearms may be returned within 3 days after the initial acceptance to receiving FFL for a full refund (so long as the firearm was not fired and its complaint is verified by accepting FFL), minus any fees, shipping cost and subject to a 25% restocking fee. All other reasons for returns on used firearms are ineligible. Antique firearms cannot be returned, they are as is. All factory new guns fall under the manufacturer warranty and will not be accepted for return.
