Description:
This is a Gebruder Merkel Game Scene engraved Over/Under combination Gun with two barrels. The first barrel is chambered in 16-Gauge on the top and chambered in 7x65R on the bottom. The second barrel is an over/under 16-gauge double barrel. There is a mounted Zeiss Diavari-ZM scope with a magnification of 3-12x56. This firearm has a checkered walnut foregrip and a walnut stock with a leather butt pad and shadowline cheekpiece.. The coin finished bolstered boxlock action displays scroll engraving surround a roaring red stag and two hinds on the left and a dog and mallard scene on the right. The gun features double triggers and a tang mounted manual safety switch. 1960 dated German proofs, light engraving around the upper breech, and import mark under forend. 16/7X65R
