Serial number 38329 Bbl, 6 3/8" Cal, 11 MM Pin Fire Mfg, circa 1860's. 6 shot non-fluted cylinder with Barrel trunion marked "Lefaucheux" and serial numbered on lower frame. Varnished 2 piece walnut grips with square butt. Single / Double action operation with open top frame design. Tilting loading gate on right rear of recoil shield. External ejector rod assembly. A significant amount of these pistol were imported into the United States during the Civil War . Blue finished barrel and cylinder with case colored frame. Condition, Very good with excellent bore with fine chambers. Grips are excellent. Loading gate is very stiff to open. ANTIQUE
