Serial Number H7203 Bbl 30" Cal, 12 Ga, Mfg 1923-1941. Manufactured by George & Sidney Holloway 63 Price Street Birmingham UK. Sidelock Double 12 Bore with checkered straight wristwith black horn butt plate. Splinter forearm . Elegantly engraved with scroll and vine at rear of fences and diminutive scrolls on locks. Underside is engraved with scroll and vine. Top rib marked "G&S Holloway Imperial Works Birmingham". Barrel have been sleeved by master gunsmith j. Foster and Reproofed at Birmingham at 3 Tons 2 1/2" Choked Imp Cyl/Mod with 2 1/2" chambers, automatic safety double triggers, lifter extractor, LOP 14 1/4". DAC 1 3/4" DAH 2 3/8". Condition is fine with barrels retaining 99% of their blue finish wwhile the reciever and locks remain bright. The stocks are very good with slight wear to the checkering and a small amount of material loss to rear of right lock. Double trigger, automatic safety with lifter extraction. C&R
