From a recent estate and high end S&W collection. Model 1917 Hand Eject .45 Cal.
Condition is excellent. Original finish is deep throughout the pistol. The rear gripstrap is the only area of patina. Finish would rate at 95%+. Original numbered factory grips. Also included with this revolver is the original copy of the S&W Historical Letter by Roy Jinks. This pistol was delivered to Springfield Armory on June 6th 1918, at the height of AEF involvement in World War One.
Bore is clean and bright. The original grips have a previous owners name and SSN# wrote on them. Pleaee see pictures for completcomplete description. Please reach out for any additional pictures or information.
