Weatherby Mark V .460 Weatherby Magnum, Made in the USA during the Paso Robles era, serial PB049942 has a 26-inch barrel (28 inches with brake). Features include a polished blue finish, panel checkering with Mullered borders, rosewood forend tip and grip cap, Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad and Talley bases. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 9.2 pounds and the length-of-pull is 13.5 inches. CONDITION: The bore is pristine. Mechanics are solid. Metal finish is approximately 97 percent with but faint suggestions of handling and a small area of rubbing over the chamber just forward of the serial. Wood is at least 95 percent, the adjustment owing to an impressed area just below the bluing rub. No box, papers or thread protector cap. The price is firm and layaway is available. Trade proposals for fine rifles and handguns will be considered. $2,250 plus shipping.
