Description:
Colt/Remington-Rand 1911A1, chambered in .45 Auto. Features include: 5 inch barrel, checkered grips, 3 dot sights, arched spring housing, rear slide serrations, grip safety. The frame is a Colt from 1918 as indicated by the serial number on the right side. On the left side you can see UNITED STATES PROPERTY and an Eagle over S14 proof mark above the magazine release. The slide is a Remington-Rand and the pistol has several changes to indicate a re-arsenal. The pistol does come with a US Army Graton & Knight Holster from 1943. THIS PISTOL DOES NOT HAVE A MAGAZINE WITH IT. .45 ACP
