Description:
For your consideration, a Browning Superposed chambered in 12 Gauge. This piece is a Midas grade gun. Accordingly, the majority of the action and chamber area of the top barrel is hand engraved with scrollwork with gold-inlaid scenes of pheasants in flight at left and ducks at right and partridge and blank escutcheon shield on the underside. The engraving is signed "PS" at the bottom right corner of the left receiver. Sighting consists of a Broadway ventilated rib and dual beads. The furniture is nicely figured wood with a rollover cheekpiece, ebony grip cap with diamond inset, and high LPI hand checkering with scroll accents on a stippled background. Stock dimensions are as follows: 13 3/4" LOP, 1 1/16" drop at comb, 1 1/4" at face, and 1 3/8" at heel. 12 Gauge
