Description:
L.C,Smith 12 gauge field grade built in 1940 by Hunter Arms. This gun is in remarkable all original condition. It retains 99% of the original case colors,99% of the origianl barrel blue,and 99% of the original wood finish. It has 30" Armor Steel barrels choked improved modified (.018") and full (.043:). The bores are mint and free of any rust or dents. The stock is sound with no cracks or damage other than one very light handling mark on the right side of the stock. The barrels lock up tightly to the action with no play. The top lever is far to the right indicatiing very little use. The gun has been fired so little there are no primer marks on the standing breech. (see photo). Field grade guns are very hard to find in this condition since most of them saw very hard use. A clssic Smith for collector or shooter. C&R eligible. Price includes shipping to your FFL.
