Description:
5-1/2 inch round barrel chambered in 45 Colt caliber with an excellent bore that is bright and shiny with strong rifling. Near excellent with 98% barrel blue. 90% blue trigger guard and grip straps showing some thinning. The frame and hammer show 90% case hardening colors with a few very light freckles. Shows only light use and handing marks. Hard rubber grips with rampant Colt. Action is crisp and tight. Very nice Colt manufactured in 1925. There were 150,683 Standard Frames in 45 Colt caliber. About half the entire Colt Single Action Army production from 1873-1940.
