Based on the full-size Model 75 military sidearm, the CZ 75D Compact Semi-Auto Pistol delivers reliable operation in a smaller, lighter handgun for concealed carry use. The 75D Compact features an aluminum alloy frame to minimize weight, and a decocking lever (D) to enhance safe handling. The compact pistol still uses double-stack magazines for maximum firepower. The pistol's excellent ergonomics provides unsurpassed ease of handling. The 75D utilizes a single/double-action, hammer-fired mechanism, with tilt barrel, short recoil operation. The single-action trigger pull allows precision shot placement. The slide of the 75D rides inside the rails of the frame rather than over the top, contributing to the low bore axis for reduced recoil and a tighter lock up for enhanced accuracy. 3-dot steel sights acquire quickly, and a hard checkered composite grip panel provides a solid hold.
