Description:
Serial #278173, 6.35mm (.25 ACP), 3" barrel with a fine, bright bore that has some mild freckling within the grooves. This is a handsome little pistol that has matching numbers on the frame, slide, and barrel, with the metal retaining 90-92% of the original blue finish that has silvered along the exposed edges and projections. A small amount of the original bright fire blue remains on the trigger, while some traces of fire blue remain on the end of the barrel pin. Some further finish loss occurs on the sideplate around the Mauser banner. The tiny "(triangle in circle)" Portuguese property marking is plainly visible on the rear of the frame, as are the "(crown) / U" proofs. The checkered walnut grip mild overall wear, but does exhibit some small handling marks at the butt on the left side. The pistol comes with a single original magazine. This is a very nice little Portuguese Model 1910, and is in fine condition overall. FFL or C&R
