Description:
One of the nicest Exhibition Quality Browning Superposed shotguns I have had in recent times. This gun is a super two barrel 20ga and 28ga two barrel set made in 1971. The 20ga barrels are 28" and mod/full choked with solid rib. The 28ga barrels are 26-1/2" Improved Cylinder/Mod. choked also with solid rib. Both sets with beautiful 3 piece forends that have Schnabel tips. Irons are beautifully scroll engraved. Superlight frame with fantastic game scenes and scroll and signed on left side by Vranken. Gun is mounted with a beautiful European Walnut straight grip buttstock with excellent grain and terminates with its original skip lined checkered butt. Gun is housed in a modern 2 barrel set case which is included in the package.
This rare gun remains in near mint original condition and appears factory test fired only. Any blemishes seen in the photos are fingerprints or oil and are not actually oon the gun itself. The gun is top shelf all the way through with perfect mechanics are brilliant shiny bores.
