RHV "Robinson High Velocity" cartridges were mfg by Clyde Williamson, who authored The Winchester Legacy, son of Harold F. Williamson, a Winchester employee and author of Winchester, The Gun That Won The West (1952). "Made Especially for the Lever Action Rifle and Carbine" appears on top panel.
These aren't reloads. The ammo was manufactured from new factory Bertram brass (BB H/S - Australia). Note: Caution appears on side label "for use in Winchester Model 1885 & 1886 Rifles Only". I would recommend referencing Clyde's book to learn more about the ballistic data. Add $17.50 S+H
