Very scarce variation of the Colt Official Police revolver chambered for 22 Long Rifle with factory blue finish, 2 piece checkered walnut grips with Rampant Colt medallions. 4" Barrel with 6 shot fluted chamber using single and double action operation. Fixed front sight with channeled receiver rear sight.Manufactured 1957 and remains in its original Colt factory box with full label. Produced as a field pistol and to emulate the standard Police revolver of the period. Condition. Fine with over 90% factory blue finish remaining with thinning blue on cylinder and above trigger from carry. Bore is excellent and grips are very good with slight wear to checkering. Action operates properly and locks solidly. Box is very good with shop wear and edge wear. Label is complete. C&R
