Description:
This nice old gun is a real eye-catcher with a wonderful antique patina. Believed to be made in England. Part octagon brass barrel is about 15-1/2 inches long and measures about a 14 bore. Includes a spring-loaded bayonet and a heavy copper ramrod. Several well-done metal inlays in the wood along with nicely engraved details. With the exception of the bayonet extension lock, overall gun appears to be in excellent mechanical condition with nice strong springs. Minor losses to wood and signs of age. A very desirable old gun with a lot of eye appeal. Certain to prevent mutiny among your crew!
