Colt "D" Frame double action chambered for .38 Special. Diamondback Model with 2- 1/2" Bbl, blade front sight with adjustable rear sight. 6 shot fluted cylinder. Ventilated ribbed full lug barrel. Factory checkered walnut grips with gold Rampant Colt medallions. The 2-1/2" Barrel is the least common of production. Revolver remains in its Numbers matching factory box with full label. Condition, Excellent with revolver retaining 99% of its original factory blue finish with its only losses being a slight cylinder turn line. Grips are superb and without distress. Box is very good with full label. Mfg, 1978. mechanically excellent.
