From the metal-to-metal fit, wood-to-metal fit, nearly invisible screws, 28lpi hand checkered EXHIBITION TURKISH WALNUT...THIS IS PERFECTION YOU RARELY SEE.   This gun was engraved by renowned engraver A. Castelli, signed by him at the trigger guard.  Weighing just 5lbs. 8oz. and balanced perfectly on the hinge pin, even with the long LOP (15 7/16”) and 30” barrels, this gun can be carried all day long with little fatigue and still be lightning fast at the end of the day.  With long, slender 30" barrels and highly figured English style stock, it is a racy, sexy bird gun that has seen little use.  You can buy this gun today at a fraction of the cost for the same gun new.  Look at the photos and you will see that the checkering shows no wear or handling marks, the case color is vivid and all there even on the bottom of the action...literally showing AS NEW IN ALL REGARDS.  The barrels are tight as new on the breech face and hinge pin.  The Turkish walnut wood is stunning.  The finish is the finest hand-rubbed oil finish that is nearly flawless, just a few of the tiniest handling marks.  You cannot find a finer premium side x side for this price, and just in time for the summer sporting clays season in preparation for the bird season coming up.  This gun has all the best features, ie long lop to a checkered butt (our gunsmiths can alter the stock dimensions to your needs without getting in line for work), long barrels, best chokes for upland birds and sporting clays, light weight and perfect balance, as new condition, gorgeous wood, fancy back scalloped frame, perfect bores, and the most desirable 28ga. chambering.  See the tables below for specifications.  Thanks for looking!
