Description:
Winchester pre 64 model 70, Transition Era. The rifle was manufactured in 1948. The barrel is stamped 48 on the underside. The stock has never been glass bedded or altered. There are minor handeling marks on the stock. The rifle is in very High Condition. The bluing on the bbl. is near mint and the receiver looks new. The rifle has NEVER been reblued and or modified. The serial number on the bolt matches the receiver. The floor plate and trigger guard have approx. 94% of their original salt bluing. The sights are original. Questions will be answered ASAP. I only ship in a hard case. Any overages in shipping will be refunded. I am not the greatest photographer....additional pics upon request. .The checkering is sharp and clear. The cal. is 30/06.
