This is a JC Higgins Model 30 .22LR Semi-Auto Rifle w/Retractable Sling, Scope what a very unique looking vintage rifle in fantastic condition. The way the ears on the back of the forend overlap the buttstock is very distinctive, as is the built-in retractable sling (which is still intact.The rifle is in about Excellent condition with 98% of its original finish remaining. There are only a few light marks in the metal surfaces and the bore is bright with no erosion. The J.C. Higgins is probably built better than most rimfire semi-autos made today. This would be a great add to anyone's collection. .22 Long Rifle
